A deposit is required to secure your booking

From now on, we are asking for a deposit of €50 for each booking for our activities at La Gendronnière. We are facing a growing number of unannounced absences, also known as ‘ghost bookings’ – participants who have booked but do not turn up without giving prior notice – which sometimes account for up to 10% of all bookings. Registrations form the basis on which we book and allocate rooms, and plan the necessary food supplies. A high number of unannounced absences undermines this organisation and results in additional costs for our association.

The deposit is paid online at the end of the registration process. All types of credit cards are accepted, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The €50 will, of course, be deducted from the amount payable on arrival. We appreciate your understanding and thank you in advance.

How do I pay the deposit online?

When you click on the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the registration form, you will be redirected to the online payment platform.

There, you will enter your card number (debit or credit — all cards are accepted). Depending on the circumstances, authentication with your bank may be required; this is carried out directly on the same page.

Once the payment has been confirmed, you will be redirected back to the AZI website, where a message will confirm that your registration has been successfully recorded and that payment verification is in progress (this process may take a few moments).

You will then receive two emails: the first confirms your registration for the event in question (stating its title); the second informs you of the status of your payment.

Please note the following important information:

• I agree to pay a deposit of €50 to confirm my registration. Online payment is made at the last stage of this form.
• In the event of cancellation or inability to attend, I agree to contact: lagendronniere@zen-azi.org - the deposit is non-refundable.
• Accommodation is allocated according to the date of receipt of your registration and subject to availability.
• Discounts are available on written request: lagendronniere@zen-azi.org
• Please bring your own sheets and pillowcases so as not to contribute to water pollution with toxic detergents.  If you do not have your own, they are available on site for €15.
• Please bring your own bowl, cutlery and towel.
• Arrival at the end of the afternoon before the first day of the session (evening meal at 8.30 pm).
• Departure after lunch on the last day.
• For minors, parental authorisation is required.
• Travel expenses are the responsibility of each participant. Animals are not allowed.
