

Kesa Sewing Week-end with Tina Feller
These weekends are a wonderful opportunity to come and practise sewing the kesa at the temple of La Gendronnière.
If you would like to start or continue sewing a kesa or a rakusu, you will be accompanied by Zen teachers who have been dedicated to sewing for years:

RATES
- Dormitory - Normal rate : 120 €
- Dormitory - Reduced rates (students and unemployed) : 83 €
- Double room : 150 €

PROGRAMME AND ARRIVAL
Weekend participants arrive on Friday around 5pm.
ON SATURDAY
6.30am: zazen, guen mai and coffee
9.30am-12pm: sewing
12.30pm: meal
2.30pm-5pm: sewing
6pm: zazen
7.30pm: dinner
ON SUNDAY
6.30am: zazen, guen mai and coffee
9.30am-12pm: sewing
12.30pm: meal
2.30pm-4.30pm: sewing
