These weekends are a great opportunity to come and practise kesa sewing at the Gendronnière temple.

If you would like to start or continue sewing a kesa or rakusu, you will be accompanied by Zen teachers who have been devoting themselves to sewing for years:

RATES

The 2024 rates are :

• 83 € - dormitory
• 110 € - romm 4/5 persons
• 138 € - double room
• 176 € - simple room (depending on availability)

The 2025 rates are :

• 84 € - dormitory

• 140 € - double room
• 179 € - simple room (depending on availability)

PROGRAMME AND ARRIVAL

Weekend participants arrive on Friday around 5pm.

SATURDAY

6.30am: zazen, guen mai and coffee

9.30am-12pm: sewing

12.30pm: lunch

2.30pm - 5pm: sewing

6.00 pm: zazen

7.30pm: dinner

SUNDAY

6.30am: zazen, guen mai and coffee

9.30am-12pm: sewing

12.30pm: lunch

2.30 - 4.30 pm: sewing
