Days are punctuated by zazen sessions zazen sessions (two or four depending on the day). It’s best to bring your own zafu (meditation cushions) or meditation bench. The daily programme also includes meals taken in silence and the practice of samu, the service dedicated to community. The first three days are devoted to the preparation, followed by a day and a half of sesshin, an intensive retreat.
