"Life in a Zen monastery: report of Ryumon Ji - France"

Located in Alsace, eastern France, the monastery Ryumon Ji was created in 1999 by Olivier Reigen Genh Wang, a former disciple of Master Deshimaru. Monks, nuns and laymen practice together daily and during more intensive retreats called sesshin.
Staying at Ryumon Ji is open to all who wish to leave the world for a while, and learn to sooth their minds.
